How a Referral Works
1. Pass us along. Share this page or our number, (604) 500-3003, with your client.
2. We quote. Photos or a walkthrough, then an hourly rate and a time range.
3. We lock in the dates. Built around completion and possession, with storage if the two don’t meet.
4. Move day. Free boxes on two-bedroom-plus moves, then the crew wraps, loads and rebuilds furniture in the new home.
Timing Around Completion Day
In most BC sales the buyer takes possession around midday, at the time written into the contract. That leaves the seller the morning to be out and the buyer the afternoon to move in.
Morning slots at month end go first. Book as soon as subjects are removed, not the week before.
Stratas, Parking and Elevators
Condo moves need an elevator booking, and plenty of buildings only allow moves during set hours. Ask your client to book early and send us the building’s move rules.
For a detached home, a parking spot near the front door saves real time. In Vancouver, a temporary street occupancy permit can hold space on the street for the truck.
