Coquitlam climbs, and the grade decides the plan. On Westwood Plateau and Burke Mountain the roads wind up steadily and driveways run long and sloped, so we size the crew for the carry and set the truck before anything leaves the house. Burke Mountain is still being built, which means construction traffic and half-finished streets on some mornings.
The other Coquitlam is vertical. Burquitlam holds the tallest buildings in the city, and around Lincoln and Lafarge Lake the towers keep arriving. Those buildings run booked elevator windows and want a certificate of insurance before they release the loading bay. We arrange both.
Down in Maillardville and Austin Heights the housing is older and the lots are narrower. Parking is the constraint there, not elevators.
